What exactly the calculator calculates
Under Article 289 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, an appeal against a ruling in an administrative-offence case must be filed within 10 days of the ruling.
For automatically recorded road-safety resolutions, road transport safety resolutions (photography, filming, or video recording), and relevant parking resolutions, the period is also 10 days but starts when the resolution enters into force.
The tool does not automatically determine when the decision became final in your case and does not replace review of procedural documents.
