Legal basis for the calculation

Under part one of Article 170 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, a debtor has 15 days from service of the copy of the court order and attached documents to apply for its cancellation.

The general Civil Procedure Code rules on procedural time limits provide that the period starts on the day after the event. If the final day falls on a weekend or another non-working day, it moves to the first working day.

The tool is intended for a preliminary check. It does not automatically account for official public holidays, the specifics of a particular court, or grounds for renewing a deadline.
