Estimated deadline and fine amount

For a standard case, add 15 calendar days to the proven date. The double amount is shown only as a possible consequence of compulsory enforcement.

Use the date shown by proof of service or the notice, rather than the order issue date.

Enter the original fine; verify payment details, exemptions and other charges separately.

Estimated result

the period is still running
Estimated final payment day9 November 2026

The tool does not move a Saturday, Sunday or holiday deadline to the next day: primary sources do not establish such a general adjustment for this payment period.

Proven starting date: 25 October 2026

Fine in the order: 340,00 UAH

Estimated period status: the period is still running

Potential fine amount in compulsory enforcement: 680,00 UAH

The double amount under Article 308 is linked to compulsory enforcement. It does not automatically become payable on day 16. Check other costs and the enforcement status separately.

This is a calendar estimate, not proof that the order is valid, service was proper or enforcement has started.

The brief summary is easy to paste into a message to a lawyer or save for yourself.

How the calculation works

Under Article 307, a standard administrative fine must be paid within 15 days of service of the order. If an appeal or protest is dismissed, the period is tied to notice of that outcome.

The calculator cannot infer the service date from an order number. Establish it with postal notice, an electronic receipt or other proper evidence.

If the period has expired, first check the order and enforcement status. The calendar result alone does not prove that a double amount is collectible.

Methodology

Calculation methodology

Method in four steps

  1. Separate the standard procedure from special articles and deferred execution.
  2. Use the proven date of service or notice after an unsuccessful appeal.
  3. Add 15 calendar days without automatically moving a weekend deadline.
  4. Show the original fine and a separately labelled potential double amount for compulsory enforcement.
Example

  • Date of service: 9 October 2026.
  • Fine in the order: UAH 340.

The estimated last day for payment is 24 October 2026. The original fine is UAH 340; UAH 680 is shown only as a potential double amount in compulsory enforcement.

The date falls on a Saturday; the calculator does not automatically move it. Check the order and the authority's current payment details before paying.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Which date starts the 15 days?

From proven service of the order. After an unsuccessful appeal, use the notice that the appeal or protest was dismissed.

Does a Saturday deadline move?

The calculator does not automatically move this payment deadline. Pay in advance and assess disputed cases using the documents.

Does the fine double the next day?

No. Article 308 links collection of the double amount to compulsory enforcement. Check whether the order was transferred and the case status.

Does this calculator cover a camera fine?

No. The standard calculation does not cover orders under special Articles 300-1–300-3 or other distinct procedures.

Where do I pay if the order was issued outside Kyiv?

Residence does not determine payment details. Check the authority named in the order, its current official details and the payment reference.
